The rules for readers and advertisers
Terms of Use
What the register does and refuses to do, what an advertiser is responsible for, what is not allowed here, and where liability stops.
What you are agreeing to
Using this site means accepting the terms below. Two of them matter more than the rest: everyone here is an adult, and every entry belongs to the advertiser who wrote it rather than to the register that publishes it. What that second point means in practice, field by field, is written out in About Us.
Who may use the site
- You are of legal age for adult material where you are, and you accept the age acknowledgement shown on arrival.
- You are not accessing the site where doing so is unlawful for you, whatever it says here.
- You do not present yourself as connected to the register, or as approved, screened or endorsed by it.
What the register does, and what it refuses to do
The register publishes entries in a fixed shape, orders them, writes the standing copy around them, and takes entries down. It does not introduce anyone, arrange or negotiate a meeting, employ or represent anyone listed, hold money, or take any part in what happens after you leave the site. It also does not confirm any claim inside an entry, which is why no page here describes a person as verified.
Because of that, the site is not a party to anything you agree with an advertiser. Their terms are theirs, their conduct is theirs, and a dispute belongs between the two of you.
If you place an entry
- Everything you publish is your statement and stays your responsibility, including rates, availability, services and every claim about yourself.
- You publish only media you own or are licensed to use, and only of adults who agreed to that use.
- You keep your entry current. An entry written to attract a message you do not intend to honour is a breach of these terms, not a marketing choice.
- You accept moderation, including a hold, a refusal, or removal after publication, on the grounds described in Advertise.
- You grant the register the permission it needs to display, resize and cache your material for the purpose of publishing your entry, and nothing wider than that.
What is not allowed here
- Anything involving a person under eighteen, in an entry, a message or an image.
- Any suggestion that a person is being coerced, controlled or trafficked. That route is Report Trafficking or Exploitation, and it is treated as urgent.
- Publishing another person's photographs, identity or contact details without their agreement.
- Impersonating another advertiser, or copying an entry that is not yours.
- Scraping the register, automating access to it, or republishing it as a dataset.
- Using the site to defraud a reader. What that looks like from the reader's side is described in the Safety Warning.
Removal, suspension and appeal
An entry or an account can be removed or suspended where these terms are breached, where a report is upheld, where a copyright notice is valid, or where an advertiser asks for it. A copyright claim follows the process in DMCA and Copyright Notices, which includes the route for the advertiser to answer it. Anything else, including a decision you think is wrong, goes through Contact Us; a decision is reviewed by a person, and reversed where it turns out to be mistaken.
Liability, in plain words
The site is provided as it is. Nobody here promises that an entry is accurate, that an advertiser will answer, that a meeting will happen, or that the site will be available without interruption.
To the extent the law allows, the register is not liable for what an advertiser does, for what you agree with them, or for a loss arising from a decision you made after reading an entry. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Data, changes and the rest
How personal data is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Terms change as the register changes; the current version is the one on this page, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it. Where a translated version of this page differs, the English text governs. Nothing in these terms takes away a right you hold under the law that applies where you live. Everything published under them sits behind the Hong Kong escort adverts this register carries.
