Contact Us
A routing table for account, entry, privacy, copyright, advertising and safety requests, what to include in each, and what never to send in a message.
Pick the channel that can act
Requests are handled by subject, and the wrong channel is the main reason a message waits to be answered. This page exists to route each kind of contact to the people who can actually act on it, rather than to one general inbox. Find the row that matches what you need done: each one is answered by the people who can actually change that thing.
| What you need | Where it goes | What to include |
|---|---|---|
| Someone may be under eighteen, coerced or in danger | Report Trafficking or Exploitation | The exact URL, what you saw, when. Nothing that puts you at risk |
| Your photographs are published by somebody else | DMCA and Copyright Notices or [email protected] | The URL of the copy, where the original is, and your statement of rights |
| Access, correction or deletion of your personal data | Privacy Policy or [email protected] | The account email and which data the request covers |
| A scam, an impersonation or a misleading entry | Safety Warning | The URL, the message you received, and the account it came from |
| Placing or changing an entry, or getting into your account | Advertise or [email protected] | The account email and the exact change you want |
| Anything else, including a factual error in the standing copy | The form below, or [email protected] | The page URL and what is wrong on it |
What makes a request quick to answer
- The public URL, copied from the address bar rather than described.
- The account email, where the request concerns an account.
- One outcome, stated plainly: take this down, correct this field, close this account, answer this question.
- Anything that lets the desk find the same thing you are looking at, such as the display name on an entry.
Never send a password, a one-time code, a full payment-card number, or an identity document that was not asked for. No request here needs any of them, and a message asking you for them did not come from this desk.
What happens after you write
A person reads every message and routes it by subject and urgency. Safety reports are read first.
A request that would change private data, or take down public content, is answered with a question before it is answered with an action. The desk has to establish it is talking to the right person, and that check protects you rather than the site. Sending a request does not guarantee a particular outcome, a removal, or a reply within a fixed time, and nothing can be promised on behalf of an advertiser, who is a third party.
What the desk is able to change at all is a short list, and it is set out in About Us: the fields, the categories, the ordering, and whether an entry stays published.
If someone is in immediate danger
This is not an emergency service and messages here are not monitored around the clock. In Hong Kong, emergency services answer on 999. Where the concern is trafficking or exploitation rather than an emergency in progress, the Hong Kong Police Force page on trafficking in persons describes the official route and the support available.
